We also get our hands dirty with real-time data, ML/GenAI solutions or building enterprise-level ML platforms with modern state of the art data tech stacks. We’re tech-agnostic, but some of our most commonly used tools include Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks. In simple terms, we tech the heck out of data. NOW TO THE ROLE ITSELF
As an SDR/Senior SDR at Recordly, your core mission is to open doors for our sales team. In practice, this means running active outbound prospecting: calling, emailing, and reaching out to decision-makers on LinkedIn. The goal isn't to close deals, but to spark genuine interest and book meetings that are already well-prepared for the Sales Executive. Before handing off a lead, you'll identify the right decision-maker, understand their situation, and qualify whether the right need, budget, and timing are in place.
You won't be working alone. This role sits at the heart of our sales team. Account Owners rely on you to know the landscape of target companies, keep everything up to date in CRM, and pass on only high-quality, well-qualified leads. That means strong CRM discipline: every call, message, and meeting gets logged, so nothing falls through the cracks.
As far as skills go, we appreciate the following experience:
Previous B2B sales experience
Experience in outbound sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role
Comfort with cold calling and direct outreach
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
CRM experience
In addition, below are some nice-to-haves, which would be pretty neat:
Interest in or understanding of data, tech, or AI topics
Experience working with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Ability to qualify leads using structured frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC
Work in an effective and organized way, but you like to have fun while doing it and don't take yourself too seriously
Thrive in an environment that values initiative and encourages you to take responsibility and explore new approaches
This role requires you to be based in the Helsinki area, as it involves participating in various work events locally. We offer flexible remote work options, but also hope you’ll enjoy spending time at the office and becoming an active part of our work community. Please note that we are currently unable to offer relocation support.
