NOW TO THE ROLE ITSELF

We are eager to find an AI Business Lead to join our band of about 40 Recordlians and be part of taking Recordly’s growth to the next level. You’ll work closely with other Recordlians and our customers within different AI assignments. The role will include both hands-on AI work and operating on a more strategic level by forming our offering and driving sales cases. You’ll lead the growth, development, and execution of our AI initiatives and deliver business value to our customers. You are passionate about leveraging AI to solve challenges but also understand when AI is not the solution.

A part of your compensation will be linked to the success of your business area while also taking into account the well-being of the Recordlians working on the assignments.

We value the following skills:

• You enjoy solving business problems, especially with data and AI.

• Robust background in Machine Learning (ML) and MLOps, with hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

• Proficiency in developing and optimizing ML models for production. Experience in computer vision would be a valuable addition to your skill set.

• A solid understanding of data & ML architectures on at least one of the major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

• You take pride in staying up-to-date with the latest AI advancements, industry trends, and best practices. And you love to share the knowledge onwards.

• You naturally take a consultative approach, and you can transform customers' challenges into business opportunities and effectively provide solutions.

• You feel at ease moving between different abstraction levels between tech and business.

• You enjoy working closely with your colleagues and mentoring others, and you have good interpersonal skills. As part of our Buddy program, you would take on an informal leadership role of the AI team.
  

Language requirements:
In addition to English, we require fluent written and spoken Finnish skills, as a significant part of our customer work is conducted in Finnish.

Location:
This role is based in Finland. Currently, we offer permanent remote work opportunities within the country. We cannot provide relocation support.
