NOW TO THE ROLE ITSELF
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who’s eager to take an active role in driving our growth together with the rest of the team. Our current sales team consists of an SDR, two salespersons and a strong pre-sales team, and we’re looking forward to strengthening the team to ensure we can serve our customers in the best possible way.
Your focus will be on finding and securing meaningful project opportunities for our consultants. You’ll be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts, responsible for identifying and initiating relationships with potential customers. You’ll research target companies, reach out to prospects through multiple channels, and engage decision-makers in strategic conversations that help businesses solve real challenges, and create tangible value for their organizations.
You’re passionate about finding and driving business opportunities and enjoy building strong and meaningful relationships with new customers. Helping customers discover business-critical needs is something you get a kick out of, and you excel at initiating conversations, uncovering opportunities, and growing the customer relationship. In addition, you understand how to translate customers' needs into tangible project deliverables for Recordly. While the rest of the sales team and our technical experts will support you along the way, a genuine interest in the problem and a motivation to find the right solution are key to your success in this role.
We value the following experience and traits in this role:
Experience in driving the full sales pipeline activities in a B2B consultancy environment. Understanding the different ways consultancy services are typically purchased and sold in the enterprise segment is a must to succeed in this role.
You have a proven track record of successful new sales. Quite self-explanatory, right?
Understanding the lifecycle of data & AI. The more the better.
Can-do-attitude. As a start-up, we need to have a certain speed to get things done. You don’t hesitate to drive things forward with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong networking skills and outspoken personality. You know your way around the Finnish enterprise segment market and have a network of contacts.
Ability to work together with our recruitment, staffing, delivery, and experts to understand the needs and expectations of our sales pipeline.
Strong communication skills in Finnish and English, both verbal and written. You demonstrate confidence in communications with senior-level management.
