NOW TO THE ROLE ITSELF
We are looking for an enthusiastic sales professional who wants to take an active part in our ride! Together with our Head of Sales, you will be our main link to understanding the first steps of our future customer journeys. We expect you to look for intriguing challenges from the market for our experts to solve, and when an opportunity turns into an active sales case, you will be the one showing the right dance moves. You won’t be doing this alone though; our experts love to help. All this means you have a great chance to get our potential customers excited about what kind of change business data initiatives can spark in their company. The matters are not always tangible, but we want to focus on creating actual business value.
For this type of role, we value the following traits:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You have a key role to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior-level management. Communication is in Finnish and in English.
Experience in sales in a B2B consultancy environment. Understanding the different ways consultancy services are typically purchased and sold is a must.
New customer acquisition. You thrive on helping new customers gain an advantage with data.
You can translate customer strategy and vision into tangible deliverables Recordly can deliver. Our experts help you with technical aspects to do this so you will not be alone. But you need to have a genuine interest in the problem.
Understanding the lifecycle of data. The more the better. You will learn more as you go, so don’t worry if you are not there yet.
Can-do-attitude. As a start-up, we need to have a certain speed to get things done. You have what it takes, and you don’t hesitate to grab a phone and figure things out. We are looking for a brilliant mind with the eagerness to take the fast track.
Network with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues. Futurice and the family companies are a network of skilled professionals who also do sales. We expect you to take an active part in this network to support our targets.
